Sutton Potter? I hardly know [it]! 

Have you ever been to Sutton Potter Park? You might have missed this gem, but a lot of work has gone in to revitalizing it over the last couple of years. Come enjoy the new trail and the native plant beds at the entrance (which are truly blowing up right now). 

At this work party, the name of the game is destroying invasive plants. Are you harboring a lot of pent-up rage? Are emails and news alerts haunting your dreams? Come rip some mile-a-minute, porcelain-berry, wineberry, and stiltgrass out of the ground! Then shove it in a trash bag along with that rage. Therapy CAN be fun and save the environment! 

The entrance to Sutton Potter is a sidewalk between 7404 and 7406 Range Road. Come check it out and see what you've been missing. 

Things to bring: a water bottle, clippers, gloves, lopers, long pants. We will have some extras on hand. 

Special equipment: If you have a weed whacker or brush cutter, feel free to come take out some of the thriving stiltgrass before it goes to seed.
