Important note:  at the special meeting on the Articles of Incorporation, those currently eligible to vote will be asked to vote to allow the Board to postpone this meeting if the new AOIs are not yet legally in effect.

Barring that, electronic ballots will be emailed to all current CAHH members (regardless of where their home is located).  Paper ballots will also be available at the meeting.  By VA State Corporate Code, absentee ballots are not allowed, though you may vote remote.  Proxies may be granted through the electronic system, but if you designate a proxy your vote will be the same as the designee's vote. There is one vote per address.
