Hello Greeters!
As we're exploring the capabilities available to us in Wild Apricot and with the Board's adoption of Google's capabilities, we are rethinking the content of our greeter packets, especially since we're getting ready to welcome so many new neighbors to Hollin Hills.
We currently have a hard copy form "Information From Our New Neighbors" (see attachment for current version) that we use to gather information and produce introductory pieces for the Hollin Hills Bulletin. We also use this information to create accounts in the membership database for those who do not choose to join CAHH.
We would love your input on the following:
1) Pros/cons of paper forms
2) Pros/cons of a Google form
3) Should we continue with paper? Y/N
4) Should be offer a Google form for new residents to complete on their own?
5) Should we offer both?
6) Does it make sense to expand this form to gather information on veteran status, desire to volunteer and plans for exterior renovations?
